Weekly update. Verdict on Check It movie, lack of black male role models and normal boring stuff. Oh and I'm still fat.

Hello everyone! So new focus. Yes, I never know what to write about. Never know what’s interesting so I’m just going to write for myself…if that makes sense. There are slew of blogs trying to change the world, radicalise the world, and revolutionise the world so I’m not doing that here. Not am I going to think - oh will people find this interesting or boring. To be frank, I’m a pretty boring person but hey ho let me write.  I’m thinking of changing my gym. Well right now I’m a member of Virgin Active Health Club which styles itself as a life style gym, and to be honest the only thing I use is the hot tub, sauna and steam room. In the three years I’ve been a member, I’ve only been in the gym about ten times, gone for two classes - they are always fully book so I only really just use the hydro-pool/spa, and steam room. I’m a member of the Islington Angel branch which is were all the posh liberals are.  This is a picture of the spa, and pool. The pool can be a bit chill at times.

Weight Loss: Weekly Goal Results and What Next

Hello Everyone! Hope everyone had a good week! So let's get down to it. I didn't hit the target as I planned I would. I weight myself today and I'm 81.4kg which 179.5lb so I lost half a pound. Is it worth it? I don't know but let's examine my reasons why. So in my previous post , I mentioned my risk areas - supermarkets, working late and not planning meals but let's see what happened. What Went Well? I had breakfast most days, and didn't go into the supermarket near work for an breakfast pastry. I just walked past which is huge for me. I was about navigate other supermarkets fairly well, just buying healthy food.  What didn't go well? I had a very busy week ahead with two critical job interviews and work deadlines. I'll cover that in another post. So I was pushing myself doing interview practicing, researching about the roles and etc. Anxiety and nerves got the better of me, and those impacted my eating habits. What next?

Weekly Goal Plan to lose weight with Steps and Potential Risk Areas and Pitfalls.

Hello Everyone, So with this goal, I figured a needed a plan or steps. I’ve started with working backwards - it’s like working destination first and then how to get there. Then I worked out the potential pitfalls and risk areas.  Steps Work from Goal Plan On Sunday, weigh myself at Virgin Active aim to be 81kg - yes still keeping with the one pound target.  Sunday morning walk to Virgin Active to get weighed - and have a nice hot tub and steam room.  Walk up stairs for a week instead of taking the lift/elevator  Walk to up a hill after work at least three times a week.  Do twenty minutes light cardio at least three times a week - sheduled - Monday, Wednesday, Friday.  Avoid deserts at work all week, and no cakes or pastries at the weekend either.  Plan lunches and dinners in advance - at least a day ahead.   Risk Areas and Potential Pitfalls   These are potential obstacles and barriers to achieving my weight loss - at least so I'm aware of them

New Weekly Goal - Weight Loss - shrinking curveage

Hello Online Friends, Isn't this image about sexy abundance that is one earth? Rich, indulgent and sexy. Too much of  the  good things in life. I'm like that at the moment. And yes, I'm a member of Virgin Active but I'm a hot tub and steam room user. I pay the premium for that, let's face it there are plenty of cheaper gyms arounds to go breathless and sweaty in. Nah, just chilling in the spa area is my thing. I've got a sexy type figure so I hold the weight well see the lady below. So I do go the spa, wear figure hugging clothes - normally red - and have  always have sex with the lights. However I've decided to set a weekly goal of losing at least a pound. A pound you say? What the is point?  I know, I know, I know, it will seem ages before I lose anything but I need to start somewhere. So lets reveal my current weight. Well according the my life-style gym Virgin Active, I'm 81.6kg which is like appox. 180lbs or 12 stones 12lb. Barely seems

Up Date on Happenings: Newly Single & 17% pay raise.

Hey Everyone, So update since my last entry. Well I had a brief fling with Mr Sexy Guy and decided he wasn't the one for me. He was cool but I learned the difference between lust, chemistry and personality. It just didn't tango for me. I'm still grossly overweight, well, fat. I don't think there is anything wrong with being called fat. I am fat. I need to lose weight but that means getting organised and stop eating delicious food. Then again my knees are hurting me and joints feel the ache. I also haven't been to the gym in three months despite paying for it. But when I do, I normally go for the sauna, hot tub and   steam room session. I've thought of cancelling the exorbitant membership but in the climate apart from bills it's the one thing that is just for me...that when I use it. Work is fine, managed to get a 17% pay raise. A big thanks to my boss who also pushed for it. It's good to work for people who support you in that matter. I think tha
